About Me
My professional journey began at the University of Chicago, where I earned my degree in social work. I then pursued extensive training at the Kantor Family Institute in Cambridge, MA, developing a strong foundation in marriage and family therapy. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise to include addiction counseling (graduate of and community trainer for the Center for Addictions Research and Services and BU School of Social Work), Internal Family Systems therapy (I am a Certified IFS Therapist), and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) couples therapy; an approach in which I now serve as a lead trainer for the IFIO organization.
My interests also include ADHD and its impact on relationships through specialized training in marriage consulting with Melissa Orlov (author of “The ADHD Effect on Marriage” and “The Couple’s Guide to Thriving with ADHD”). My goal is to support couples navigating the unique challenges couples face when managing the symptoms of ADHD and their effect on intimate relationships, by providing practical, compassionate guidance to foster deeper connection, understanding and lasting change.
Strengthen Your Relationships, Deepen Your Connections
In my private practice in Framingham, MA, I provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and families, as well as consultation for therapists specializing in marriage and family therapy (I am an Approved Supervisor for AAMFT), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Although I believe that in-person sessions offer a deeper therapeutic experience, I am available for in-office sessions as well as telehealth. My approach is grounded in the belief that we are all wired for connection, and that meaningful, lasting relationships begin with the ability to truly hear, understand, and support one another.
Relationships can be complex, but with the right tools and a safe exploration of similarities and differences, they can also be deeply fulfilling. Whether you are struggling with communication, intimacy, the impact of ADHD, compulsive behaviors or life transitions, I’m here to help you find a path forward – one that fosters connection, healing, and growth.
